Our Story

Waggington started with one simple observation: most "bad dog" problems aren't really behaviour problems — they're boredom. The chewed couch cushion, the dinner inhaled in thirty seconds, the restless pacing by the door. Give a dog something to do with their nose and their brain, and the whole house gets calmer. That's the idea behind our name and our promise: calm dogs, happy homes.

We're a small Canadian shop, and we keep our catalog deliberately small. Every product is a comfort or enrichment essential we'd use with our own dogs — snuffle mats that turn mealtime into a calming game, grooming tools designed not to scare nervous pups, and toys that work a dog's mind, not just their jaw. Everything must pass the same bar: humane, well-made, and actually useful. If it doesn't, we don't sell it.

We're a young brand, and we're building it the honest way: fair prices, tracked shipping on every order, a 30-day return policy, and a real person answering every email. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
