Shipping Policy

We offer free tracked shipping on every order.

Where we ship
Most Waggington products ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. One exception: the PawSpa Automatic Paw Cleaner ships within the United States only, as it's stocked in a US warehouse.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of shipping. The PawSpa Automatic Paw Cleaner, shipped from our US warehouse, usually arrives in 3–6 days. Delivery times can vary slightly by destination, carrier, or season.

Tracking your order
Every order includes a tracking link so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. If tracking hasn't updated for a few days, don't worry — this is normal while a package is in transit.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped, so an incorrect address may delay or prevent delivery.
